[glow=red,2,300] This bog... it used to be dry land... until she cried in death. She lay there, as I built a house over her dead body, waiting until she awakened so I could kill her again. I waited one hundred years... sitting around... with that dart gun... waiting. All those years, her eyes never closed, they wouldn't, and they never stopped crying. That's why this land section is a bog, a wet land, a swamp. I sat here, waiting until her hand reached up, and then I shot that dart at her again. I waited another hundred years, but she slipped out of my grasp, awakening without my knowing... [/glow] Robin sat in the trap door, looking down. There was a sort of dent in the ground, about as big and tall as Des was, but it was about 10 feet deep. He sat there, letting his legs hang down out of his first tree home, staring and remembering. His dark hair hanging loosely. His dark eyes staring at that old grave. He had a dart gun in his hand, as if reliving the moments, but, alas, there was nothing to shoot but the ground.

A gentle hand tapped lightly against Robin's shoulder, as if trying to grab his attention. "Hey, Robin..." the voice that spoke was familiar, but tiny and sad today. Kale seated herself next to him, seeming to follow to where his gaze had been instead of looking at him. She didn't seem quite like herself today...her clothing was that of which she used to wear. An over sized black T-shirt with a torn heart on the front; the left half positioned about where her heart should have been seeming to still be beating strong with it one small wing intack, the other on the right side crumpled and dissheveled, blue veins bursting inside that half of hte heart. Her left wrist was tied tightly with a black bandage, while she simple wore an old wrist band over the other.
Her ears were oddly so droopy today as well, as she simply stared down at the indent in the ground, saying nothing more beyond her initial greeting.

Robin was late to reply. He held the oversized pea shooter in his hands for a moment before his head slowly looked to Kale. "You found me, eh?" He asked, remembering a conversation he had had between him, Kalu and Kale. Robin looked back to the ground far below, took a deap breath and shot down into the earth, where the chest would've laid if someone were in the hole. He put the shooter off to the side, letting it roll away before standing up, and moving toward a raggedy old couch and let himself sag into the coushions. "Why are you here?" He asked quietly, mumbling.

Kale continued to stare down into the hole, as if her mind did not register the fact he had moved. "Don't feel sorry. It's not your fault. You're upset, but you shouldn't be. It's not your fault I'm unhappy."

Robin sighed, shaking his head. "You don't get it, Kale. I don't blame myself for you unhappiness, I blame myself for not fixing it. We need to tell Nikx somehow that... there are more than one of you!" Robin said, standing up and walking to a window, throwing his hands up. He calmed down, staring at the branches of the supporting tree that held up the side of the house up. "I just can't believe he was so stupid as to not realise that."

"He couldn't have, you see." Kale stated simply, her gaze shifting towards him as she spun around slowly to face his back. "He was completely cut off from everyone." Kale glanced down at her arm, sighing gently. "For all he knew of what Fiinder had told him, I was dead."

"That's just the thing. No matter if they mean it or not, someone has to screw something up in communications." Robin muttered, resting his head against the window. "Don't scratch at that wrist of yours either. Everytime you do, a baby dies." Robin said a little louder so that she could hear.

"No they don't" She replied softly, a hint of aggitation towards that commnet in her voice. She did, however, drop her arm back down to her side. "Do you...think it was a mistake?" The question was softer than her first words, sounding as if they had had to be forced out after beaten about her head serverly.

"Yes. You shouldn't cut yourself up over something, no matter how much you care." Robin said, avoiding the topic at hand.

Kale's ears pressed back. "Yeah, I guess you're right. But, it relives stress for me. It's better than getting mad and hurting someone else. I bleed out my anger. It's just the way it goes."

"Go punch a tree, Kale. Don't make some more scars." He said, holding out an arm to her. "Come here."

Kale slowly stood, brushing herself off as she crossed over to him. "I'd break my arm. It would hurt more."

"It would teach you not to do it." Robin said, hugging her with one arm.

Kale sighed, tail wrapping around her leg is a dismal manner. "But still..." she mumbled, wrapping her arms around him tightly.

"Fine, fine. Doesn't matter." Robin said, still looking out the window, a red mark forming from resting his head on the window's glass.

"I don't do it often. I'll try not to again..." She muttered, ears flopping further back than before. Kale rested her head against his chest, rubbing her forehead against it lightly. "I'm sorry..."

"I..." Kale paused, then sighed. "Still, why are you so sad? There's no...no.." She paused again. "Nevermind."

Kale perked up slightly, her tail wagging gently. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. I mean..."
