The ocean is magnificent... my family would love it here... anywhere near the coast.... but then, we're creature of the deep forest, I suppose. We wouldn't really belong in an area with so little natural cover.
*she'd been roaming about since that first day in the Demon's Forest when Des told her she could stay... she hadn't been seen, but signs of her passing had been seen from time to time. An apple core, mostly burried, here, a partial foot print of one of her moccasined feet there... Aedra was very good at remaining unseen and unnoticed. She didn't know if anyone had payed any attention to her presence in the Demon's Forest, nor did she care. She had no reason to fear the creatures there, as most of them were of a similar ilk to her. She was not one to provoke fights that would be dangerous to her, but she was also no coward. For the time, she was content to share the Demon's Forest with its regular denizens.*
Untamable... it reminds me so much of Amere... Roco wouldn't be able to stand this place for very long. The memories the ocen bring to me would drive him mad with rage... Roco... I miss my brothers, somehow... Roco and Ani... and Io. My dear Young Heart.... She's safe with our parents, though... still, she should come traveling with the rest of us some day... it amazes me still that that adventurous spirit of hers hasn't drawn her away from the Forest before now... I'd imagine Father has something to do with that.
*Aedra sighs heavily and rests her head against the upper end of her staff, eyes moving to gaze up at the full moon that sheds its silvery glow on the beach around her... it was nighttime, of course... she'd never venture so far from the comforting shade of the forest in the daylight if she could avoid it.*
