Jill began to cry. "Fine... lock me up again... chain me to walls and don't give me a chance to redeem myself..." Jill stood tall, wiping at her eyes. "I'll... I'll find Dahl before they do..." She said, and ran off. "Des will never catch me!" She shouted.

"MOTHER!! GET BACK HERE!!" Skylar called, running after Jill. It was at that moment that a large, heavy piece of metal slammed Jill promptly in the face with a good amount of force behind it.

Jill was thrown backwards, landing in a pile of hay and lay still; not moving.

Skylar sighed, looking at Nexus. "Thanks for that. Mind help me take her Grandma?" Nexus shook her head, walking over to Jill and grabbing her by the ankles. "Not a problem. C'mon."

Des was in her new house, out on the back porch, meditating, even though she was soakjed to the bone from the thunder and lightning storm over head. For some reason, she found peace when it was stormy out. She was smiling, floating a foot above the porch floor.

"Grammie?!" Skylar called, walking through the storm - rather unhappy with the weather at the current moment. "GRAMMIE!" Nexus trudged along behind Skylar, dragging Jill along with her.

Jill began to mumble, her hand movingto rub her forehead.
Des was startled out of her meditation and fell on her rump. "I'm right here, Skylar! No need to yell!" Des said and looked at the scene. Her expression became grave, and she half glared at Jill. "Come, let's get inside."

Skylar nodded her head, walking up onto the porch before looking at Nexus. "You're not coming in, are you?" "Nope," she replied, handing Jill off to her daughter, who continued to drag her inside the house. Once inside Skylar sighed, rubbing at her bloody cheek gently.

Des teleported Jill into Jill's room, tied up again. Des then turned to Skylar and pulled away her hand, looking at the damage. "Tell me what happened. "She said, grabbing the first aid kit from the kitchen cabinet and beginning to dab Skylar's cheek with antibiotics.

Skylar winced at the antibiotics, but took a deep breath and started to talk. "I... I don't really know. She sent a bunch of birds after dad to peck his eyes out, because she thought he'd left her." She sighed softly, shaking her head. "I tried to stop her, but I couldn't."

Des blinked, and thought. "Send her to rescue Dahl." She said. "If she's like this, then she should come around, yes?"

"Yeah. Nexus just smacked her upside the face with a shovel," Skylar replied, rubbing the back of her head. "So... she should be fine. Her nose might have broken, but that should be all." She sighed, shaking her head. "I don't think Dahl's going to want to see her again after this. She probably just ruined their marriage right there."

"But if she goes and rescues him... he might see that she's trying to change.. that she wants to be good but has outbursts at some times, y'know?" Des asked, and began to sanitize a needle. "Hun, I'm goignto have to stitch this up so lie down on the table and I'll numb your cheek.

"Stitch it?!" Skylar jumped away from Des, shaking her head. "I don't want STITCHES!" She whined, placing her hand back on her cheek. "And, I know my father. He won't. Trust me."

Des sighed. "Skylar, I can't use magic on this just lie down." She said, hand on hips. "And at least they won't blind your father if Jill stops them, right?"

"Hopefully?" Skylar replied as she slowly laid back on the table - eyes squeezed tightly shut. "Oh, James is probably going to get mad at me for getting hurt."

"I'm sure James will understand... and probably drag you away from your mother for eternity." Des sighed, hoping it'd sound more of a joke than it did. "But you should let Jill out and get rid of the falcons."

Skylar sighed, shaking her head. "Now I'm curious as to just what kind of damage she may have done to my son," she muttered, rubbing the back of her head gently. "But...I suppose."

"Just let her save your father. No matter what happens, she'll end up miserable anyway." Des told Skylar. Des began to stitch up the cuts, after she had numbed them. "So you might as well let Dahl yell at her instead of you."

"I guess," Skylar muttered, sighing deeply. "I just wish she thought things through before doing them. Now her and dad are never going to get back together."
