As memory serves, Josie and Jill were once inseperable.
As memory serves, to every demon, there's a chosen killer. A tattoo implanted from birth on the left shoulder. The one for this Demon as she entered the stables, couldn't be found at the moment.
Jill entered the stables slowly, lightning flashing behind her and the thunder growling with her throat. The griffin she loved backed away, not wanting to get in the way of the raged Demon. Jill glared ahead, convinced in her mind that the love of her life was walking out on her. She wiped away the tears, her orange eyes engulfed in flames.
"He's not going to cheat on me... not with Claire... not with anyone..." Jill said, her voice wavering. "I love him, and if he doesn't see that, then I'll make him as blind as love itself!" She yelled, talking to her griffin who was now cowering in fear of her.

"MOTHER!!" If there was one thing in the world she hated more than anything, even nighttime and horror films, it was storms. Be they snow storms, rain storms, hail storms, lightining storms, anything that had relation to, or ended in the word 'storm'. Skylar burst in through the stable doors, looking about a moment before spotting her mother. "MOM! We're not supposed to be here, come on," the girl stated, standing in the door way and panting. "What's gotten into you?"

Jill ignored her daughter, climbing up onto the lofts and searching desperately for something. She appeared over the edge with a bag of grain for the horses and threw it at the ground. After it followed herself, jumping from the loft 20 feet above. Jill bit a hole in the top corner and walked towards the door, leaving a thick trail of grain behind her. After that, it became clear that she was making a spell circle, her specialty. the spell circle was like the scars she gave the humans, but this one stood for the one she had planned to plant on Dahl's arm, the one for equal or love. It consisted of one large circle but with three more branching off of all different styles. ((http://www.greatdreams.com/crop/crop-circle-06.jpg))

"MOTHER!" Skylar jumped in front of her mother, holding out her arms to block her path. "Mother, stop it! What are you doing?!" All the noise that was being created by Skylar attracted the attention of someone else, who appeared promptly at the door to the stables. "What the hell is going on here?" Nexus questioned, peering in through the door at the scene before her. "What are you two up to?"

"I'm creating a spell, you nitwits!" Jill snapped, glaring at the two. She stopped pouring the grain and stood there. "Now leave me be so I can summon my old friends." Jill told them and continued pouring the grain.

Skylar stepped foreward, grabbing her mother by the wrists and trying to force her to stop pouring the grain. "Mother, stop it! What are you planning on doing with this spell?" Skylar looked worriedly to her mother, biting her lip. "We were going home to see the baby, remember? C'mon, mom. The baby's waiting for you!"

"The baby..." Jill seemed torn for a moment, then shook Skylar away. "the baby can wait a few minutes while I send falcons!" Jill growled, and quickly finished the circles. She ran into the middle of the largest and sat down, cross legged, a bubble forming around her so she'd be protected. "Tinra hime bonill..." She began to chant.

"MOTHER!!" Before Nexus could manage to grab Skylar, the girl bounded to the center of the circle, beginning to pound on the bubble. "Stop it, right now! Why are you doing this?" Skylar thought a moment, knowing well enough what the only really manner of leverage she had on her mother was the use of her son. "If you go through with this, you'll never get to see the baby again, mom." "If she goes through with this I'll burry it in a hole, how about that?" Nexus questioned, leaning against her shovel casually.

Jill's voice became darker, scarier and disembodied. "Skylar, don't make me blind you as well!!" She snapped, falcons forming in the rafters. They weren't even falcons as they were just slightly smaller and had blood stains on their beaks. One of them, the largest of them all appeared in the bubble with Jill, sitting behind her. It spoke - "Who's eyes shall we devour this time?" He asked scarily, laughing.

Skylar seemed disturbed by this fact, stepping backwards a bit. "Mother, stop it! What are you doing with these birds? I don't understand." Nexus looked up at the birds in the rafters, making a face. "Oh jeez. This isn't going to end well."

Jill talked to the great falcon behind her. "Dahl O'Nega. Find him and if he refuses to come home to me, peck out his eyes and bring THEM to me." Jill told the bird, and the bubble disappeared. "Give him two hours time to respond!" Jill shouted after the falcons as one by one they took off, squacking something fierce.

"MOTHER! What the hell are you DOING?!" Skylar screamed, her hands on her hips now as she glared. "I told you, Dahl's in the middle of looking for one of his friends. What the FUCK is wrong with you?!" That was actually very odd to hear from Skylar. She never swore. Never.

Jill glared at Skylar, picked up a handful of grain and forced it into Sky's mouth. "Who taught you to swear like that?! I didn't raise you that way!!" She yelled, now standing over Skylar. "You erase that language from your toungue RIGHT NOW!"

Skylar seemed to choke on the grain a moment before spitting it out, gagging and coughing. "I... I will not!" She continued to cough, trying to force the small pieces of grain either down her throat or out of her mouth - one way or the other, just not jammed up in her throat. "You stop being such a BITCH and I'll consider it."

"How DARE you!" Jill shouted, the lightning cracking wildly outside. She slapped Skylar accross the face and that was it. Her eyes became blank, her fur that had bristled now died down... her ears drooped. She looked at her fingernails, and saw tiny drops of blood on them. Her eyes slowly looked to Skylar's cheek, as if trying to figure out where the blood came from.

Skylar stumbled back, falling to the ground with a heavy thud. A hand went to her cheek, feeling the searing pain of not only the slap something else. Pulling her hand away she looked down at the bloody lines smeared across her palm, biting down on her quivering lip to keep from whimpering loudly.

Jill stared for a long moment. "Sky... Skylar, I'm sorry..." She said, her ears going back. She took a step foreward, and kneeling down. "I'm so sorry, hun... Let me heal that for you..." She said, reaching for Skylar's face.

Skylar slapped her hand away, glaring at her mother. She slowly stood up, still holding her cheek and glaring at Jill. "No. Leave me alone. You better call off your birds, I'm telling Grammie what you've done. You're in big trouble, mother."

Jill's eyes widened. "No! Skylar, please!" She begged, shaking her head. "Don't tell Des, please..." She said, beginning to cry. "I can't call them off once they've been sent! As long as Dahl just... does as they say, he won't be hurt, I can promise you that!" Jill said, standing and reaching for Skylar.

"He can't, mother. I told you that already. He's out looking for his best friend, not knowing whether or not Sabre is dead or alive somewhere. And you had to be a selfish bitch and put him at risk, even after we told you where he was." Skylar turned her back on her mother, walking towards the stable's exit. "I am too telling Des, just to let you know."
